Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for Entry Level Managers to fill a Retail Supervisor position at our Birch Run Store.

Located in the Birch Run Outlet Center 

at 12155 S Beyer Rd., Suite H040, Birch Run, Michigan.

$17.00 an hour plus 20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff
  • Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations
  • Organize and maintain sales floor and displays
  • Assist with meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and margin goals
  • Delegate essential tasks
  • Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures

Do you have these qualifications? 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Do you have 1 year of general retail experience?
  • Ability to use cash register and and follow Goodwill policy and procedures
  • Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
  • Can you demonstrate strong management skills?
  • Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help?
  • Can you reach, bend or stoop?
  • Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
  • Do you have a valid Michigan drivers license?
  • Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently?
  • Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?
