Accounting Manager position.

This position provides a flexible work schedule and promotes a strong work-life balance.
Annual Salary: $70,000

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Supervises the Acct. Clerk I, Acct. Clerk II, and POS Auditor.
- Support CFO and Staff Accountant with month-end close process.
- Logs journal entries of other than routine income or expense activity.
- Fills in as a backup for the bi-weekly payroll process when needed.
- Fills in as a backup for backup for the weekly accounts payable check process.
- Conducts monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Monitors receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Conducts weekly review of checks for accuracy and proper general ledger account coding.
- Evaluate internal controls at the store and business office to ensure accurate financial results and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Three years of accounting experience or equivalent
- Two years supervisory experience of multiple staff
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Valid driver's license
