Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Full Time Processors at our Flint Township location next to the Genesee Valley Mall on Miller Road.

These positions sort clothing and home items for sale in the store.

$13.00 an hour with monthly bonus potential

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Achieve production standards for tasks assigned
  • Sort and evaluate goods for retail stores and properly sort salvage by category
  • Meet hourly goals with tenacity and precision
