Compensation: $12.00 to $13.00/hour with potential for monthly bonus of $130 and higher depending on store net margin.

The Deputy Retail Store Manager-in-Training will contribute to the mission of Goodwill by successfully providing leadership to the retail store by assisting the Regional Retail Store Manager in managing a retail store by achieving and maintaining retail increases and margin goals, and following and enforcing all policies and procedures. Training will take place in our Fenton store and after training, this position may float to other store locations or evolve into a Store Manager position if need be.
