Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill an Assistant Retail Store Manager opening! 


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Help to hire, train and schedule employees.
  • Train employees to provide excellent customer service to our generous donors and customers.
  • Help us keep our stores lookin' good and safe for our customers.
  • Complete all paperwork on time and as accurate as possible.
  • Be problem-solvers.
  • Communicate effectively with the Retail Store Manager.
  • Give employees everything they need to be successful, but be prepared to give fair and equal discipline when it's needed.
  • Other fun stuff as assigned!
